33 Forever is a non-profit organization that is striving to raise awareness and empower and comfort those who struggle with depression, anxiety, finding self-worth, and suicidal thoughts. The user centered design approach was utilized to help create a standard operating procedure and protocol for the production of their annual fundraising event. The development of a standard procedure allowed all levels of employees and volunteers to perform event planning work that still meets the level of production that has become synonymous with their brand.

This instructional design project was developed using user centered design methods to aid in creating training material for a non-profit organization that was seeking uniformity in how they created donation tax letters. As a small organization with a strict operating budget it was important to them that their staff be universally trained on the procedure to create these letters and to teach their users what information is necessary and why.
